  • How do I book a service?

    In order to book a service through CoZo, you’ll need to fill a quick form with your contact details and pet details by clicking Book Now button on Alternatively, you can book through WhatsApp.

  • How am I charged for a service?

    You can book one time or recurring service and pay accordingly. CoZo Exercise is a subscription-based service wherein you pay monthly basis 30 walks or 60 walks at the start of each month.

  • How do I receive communication and updates about my booking?

    Once you make the booking you receive a booking confirmation email followed by call from our experts for any additional details that might be needed. Once your booking is confirmed and a pet coach is assigned for your service you receive updates via WhatsApp and email.

  • How does CoZo ensure the safety of pets?

    Safety first, always. CoZo was founded with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the unconditional love of a pet. That’s why we work tirelessly to offer services that put pet parents’ minds at ease.

    At CoZo, we have trained, vetted and reliable pet coaches. Each applicant goes through a 5 step process before being eligible to become a CoZo Pet Coach. Along with ongoing periodic training for the pet coaches, we have 24X7 support to help you with any issue.

  • How safe is my information with CoZo?

    CoZo is committed to establishing a safe, worry-free environment that protects the privacy of sitters, pet parents & pets alike. All the information you share is used ONLY for providing a smooth and world-class service.

  • How do I report an issue?

    No matter how careful you are, the occasional problem can come up during service. We've found from experience that issues are often best resolved by simply reaching out to the other party, the pet coach assigned in this case. Alternatively, you can submit a request or WhatsApp for any emergency.

  • How do I pay for the booking?

    So you’ve found the perfect perfect pet coach, contacted them, and had a Meet & Greet (in case of CoZo Exercise) —sounds like you’re ready to book!

    Go to your email or check your WhatsApp for payment link customised for your service and pay using. You can also pay in cash after the service (meet and greet in case of CoZo Exercise)

  • What if my Pet coach cancels a booking?

    While it’s not ideal, every once in a while a pet coach may need to cancel a booking. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

    For CoZo Exercise: If your pet coach cancels a walk, we try and inform you prior and send a different pet coach for that particular walk. In case of no show, we add these walks back in your subscription.
    For other services: If your Pet coach, whatever reason, unable to serve you and initiates a cancellation, you’ll get a full refund.

  • How do I get an invoice or receipt for my booking?

    After each service, the invoice is shared over the registered email id.

  • Prior to CoZo Exercise

    Leash & Doggie Bags: We encourage you to put your dog’s leash and potty bags in a visible and easily accessible place to ensure your walker can find them. If you have another place you prefer to keep your pup’s supplies, jot it down in the Notes section of the app so your walker will know exactly where to find it.

    Treats! If your pup has special treats that you like to give them, you can specify where your walker can find them, and how many to give your pup.

  • Prior to CoZo Boarding/ Day Care

    If you’ve booked a Boarding or Day Care service without a pickup and drop, it’s important that the carrier knows how to safely and securely transport the pet.

    As a Pet Parent, it's your responsibility to provide adequate equipment for the transportation of your pet. This can include a dog seat belt or harness and/or crate. Crates are a good option to help ensure the pet’s safety when travelling, especially when in a car. If you use a crate, make sure that the crate is the correct size for the pet being transported and that the crate is securely anchored to the vehicle. This can be done in a variety of ways, so be sure you choose the correct option for the pet, and crate being used.

  • Prior to CoZo Sitting/Drop In Visits

    We encourage you to take all the necessary steps to prepare your pet and the pet coach for their stay in your home. This includes:

    ● Leaving a note about where to find your pet’s food
    ● Labelling the food (amount per meal x times a day)
    ● Ensuring your pet’s accesories and required stuffs are in a visible place
    ● Writing down feeding instructions, including how much and when you feed your pet, as well as any schedules that your pet may follow (e.g., take him/her out to the bathroom after he/she has his/her breakfast)

    We always recommend providing as much information as possible, as that is the best way to make sure that your pet’s routine stays the same and you have peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of!

  • Prior to CoZo In House Grooming

    If you have booked an in house grooming, a CoZo pet coach will visit your house and perform the activity on the premises.

    ● Identify the area where grooming is to happen. The area must have access to water and an electric socket
    ● Ensure that you inform the Pet Coach about any allergy, injury or anything concerning bath that you feel the pet coach should know
    ● It is advised to do the grooming with the muzzle on
    ● Preparing your dog for the grooming process can help alleviate some anxiety
